The countdown to 2016 has never been more exciting than it is today. Next Monday, 16th November, 2015, we will host the first incubator meetup in Charters Towers.
Everyone is invited. I will even buy you a coffee!!!! If you just want to know what is going on, or you are a startup or have a business idea, then come along. This meetup is informal and great for anyone interested in finding out or supporting a not-for-profit initiative to create jobs and an entrepreneurial spirit in Charters Towers.

In today's Herald Sun, there is a story about a young woman who started her first company at 19 years of age from her mother's kitchen table.
Today, almost ten years later, she has started another, but this one is worth more than $231 million, and used by 5 million people. Melanie Perkins is more than a "$200m Start-up Wunderkind", she is a woman on a mission and age has never been her barrier.

When you have a passion project, everything else is seems to fade in comparison.
The World Incubator is just that. A project that I am incredibly passionate about and wanting to give as much of my time as possible to. Anyone can give money, which I have, but few people actually give enough of their time and their time is what is most valuable and powerful particularly to projects just like this.
